Overview
This 9-month paid internship runs from August 25th - June 1st. Mentors will be paid a competitive stipend based on experience of $3,000-$4,000. The internship consists of 4 main parts:

1. (2.5 hours) Once a month all-Cohort training. These take place typically on the first Sunday of the month from 6-8:30pm. Here students will be equipped with the tools to enable their club to succeed and be trained in how to be a witness inside their school. Interns will learn practical biblical skills such as sharing their testimony, the Gospel, a loving interaction with a stranger, and much more. These trainings land on the following dates: 8/25, 9/8, 9/29, 11/3, 12/1, 1/5, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4, 6/1. A commitment to attending all trainings is a requirement of this internship. As a Mentor, you will help lead these trainings.

2. (2 hours) Once a month mentor meeting (X2). In these face-to-face meetings you will meet with an intern or two for deep discipleship and to check in and hold interns accountable for assignments. Mentors will likely have 4 interns under their supervision. This means 2, 2 on 1 meetings per month. Mentors will be held accountable for supervising and making sure interns complete assignments on time.

3. (1.5 hours) Once a month CFC staff meeting. This 1.5 hour meeting, held in-person during the work day, will be a time to plan, debrief on how things are going with the interns, and receive biblical training and discipleship from CFC staff. Tentatively the third tuesday of each month at 2pm-3:30pm but may change based on who applies so please provide all available times you could meet. Once we all agree on a date/time, this will be set in stone for the rest of the year.

4. (2 hours) Once a month Contact Work Attend an activity, club, sport, etc of one of your interns. Invite the other interns to come along! Goal: Show you care about them, bonding. One of the greatest joys of discipleship is when you are not only just a mentor to someone... but a friend!
